Health Hack #29: Swap your Cereal with Keto Granola

Wheat, corn, sugar….all the things typically infused in your favorite go-to breakfast finds. Here’s a cereal swap you’ll crave each morning. It’s too good not to share because I’ve been looking for this for a long, LONG time.

Here’s why I love it!! and had to share it:

  • It’s lectin-free!!!!!!
  • You can eat it with your favorite plant-based milk, plus sprinkle on a few organic berries and still have a breakfast that’s keto-worthy and vegan ?
  • It’s an amazing crunch when mixed in with your favorite plant-based yogurt and it’s quick and easy. Add a little more cinnamon on top and YUM.
