DIY room spray

Candle toxicity is real and any of you already diffusing oils, know this by heart. There are so many hidden dangers of scented candles with clear links to health problems – ranging from headaches, dizziness and allergy symptoms to asthma attacks, respiratory tract infections and even cancer.

Luckily there is a simple (and healthy) swap. Enjoy this DIY room spray made with essential oils to bring the smell-good to your house, and fall in love with this mood-lifting scent (and one of my favorites).

Ingredients

8 oz Glass Spray Bottles

6, TBSP Witch Hazel

15 Drops Lavender

15 Drops Lemon

Distilled Water – you can buy a gallon at the grocery store for less than $2-$3

*Also - to make a smaller spritz, just use a  4 oz Glass Spray Bottles  simply cut the recipe above in half.

Instructions

Pour the witch hazel into the spray bottle. Add the essential oils and shake well. Add distilled water to almost the top, leaving a little room for air. Shake again. Spritz around the house whenever you need a lift!

Recycle & Re-Use
