Ingredients

  • Organic Spaghetti Squash
  • Water

 

Instructions

  1. Cut the spaghetti squash in half, crosswise. (see image)
  2. Add 1 cup of water and metal steamer rack into the Instant Pot.
  3. Place spaghetti squash cut side down on steamer rack. Close the lid and set to Manual High Pressure for 7 minutes for a small spaghetti squash, 10 for a medium squash and 12 for a large squash.
  4. When pressure cooking is complete, use manual release when the timer goes off. Carefully remove the spaghetti squash from the Instant Pot and use a fork in a clockwise motion to loosen the strands from the spaghetti squash.
