- Organic Spaghetti Squash
- Cut the spaghetti squash in half, crosswise. (see image)
- Add 1 cup of water and metal steamer rack into the Instant Pot.
- Place spaghetti squash cut side down on steamer rack. Close the lid and set to Manual High Pressure for 7 minutes for a small spaghetti squash, 10 for a medium squash and 12 for a large squash.
- When pressure cooking is complete, use manual release when the timer goes off. Carefully remove the spaghetti squash from the Instant Pot and use a fork in a clockwise motion to loosen the strands from the spaghetti squash.
