Yields: 6+ cups of applesauce
6-8 medium-sized apples
- Organic, peeled, de-seeded and chopped into chunks
- Best types: green, crimsom crisps, honeycrisp
4 TBSP Cinnamon
Add apple chunks and cinnamon into slow cooker (or instapot on slow-cooker mode). Stir so cinnamon coats most pieces. No water is needed!
Cook for 6-8 hours depending on your preference of crunch. I prefer the 6 hours cook time.
