Breathing brings so many benefits including stress and mental relief which we can all use a little more of these days.

Start now!

Sit up straight, legs crossed. Place one hand on your belly and the other on your heart. Exhale for 4. Pause. Inhale for 4. Pause. Repeat for 5 to 10 cycles. More if you please. Better yet add a mental mantra and your day has officially been seized.
