Queue up those dates and almonds again, because this is one you’re going to really enjoy! I’ve missed my morning granola at times but this sweet and salty combo does the trick. You can also make it in big batches, and store it in the fridge for a snack for the whole family. Plus it’s keto-friendly, paleo-friendly and vegan. Enjoy!
2 cups dates, pitted
¼ cup coconut flakes
¼ cup organic almonds
¼ tsp iodized sea salt
Place all ingredients in a food processor until its loosely combined. That’s it!
You can store the granola in a glass jar in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
