Now more than ever we are hearing all about the benefits of both fresh air and vitamin D. It’s in nearly every article you can find on immune health and mental health. And it’s free, available to everyone and we all have time for it now.

It’s like mother’s nature reminder that she shouldn’t be forgotten about as life gets back to normal after all of this.

So - please get outside during this COVID journey!

Find time to crack a window, go for a walk, catch the sunshine on a busy workday, take a break from your computer to get some fresh air and encourage your kids to do the same. No excuses!
