Hear your heartbeat, build up a sweat, detoxify your body and release those feel good endorphins! Each are beneficial to building immune health which should be practiced now, but also every day.
The fact that movement is a focus as people emerge from their shelter-in-place status is really a blessing. The hope is that COVID restrictions taught us that a healthy habit, like exercise, is one that's critical to our overall well-being. Let's not forget this as we resume semi-normal lives during this transition period...and make moving your body each and every day not only a blessing not to be taken for granted, but a part of your natural, daily routine
