Mantras, affirmations, whatever you may call these sayings, they are indeed powerful! As I mentioned in a previous post on mindset, the body follows where the mind leads.
These uncertain times provide a great opportunity for us to remember this. And to consider adopting a simple way to remember this specific mantra for respiratory health
” I am safe. I love my life.”
Repeat often. Say it out loud or to yourself. Print it out and post it somewhere visible. Let your subconscious do some work as you pass by it night and day.
