Prep Time: 5-10 min
Cook Time: 35-45 min
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Coat a standard-sized baking sheet with olive or avocado oil (to prevent sticking)
Wash & dry organic cauliflower head and de-stem to make 1-2 inch florets
Add to a One Gallon Storage bag (for shaking later)
Add the following into the bag along with the cauliflower:
2 TBSP Olive or Avocado Oil
1 TBSP organic Tumeric Powder
1/4 TSP black pepper
1/2 TSP garlic powder
Salt to taste (use iodized sea salt for best results)
Close and tightly seal the bag. Shake hard to evenly spread seasoning throughout the cauliflower florets. Then spread florets evenly on to the baking sheet.
Place in oven for 20 minutes on the middle rack. Toss cauliflower and bake another 15 minutes (or more depending on how well-done you want them).
Let cool and enjoy or store them in the fridge for a few days and use as a salad topper or side dish.
